•Completes all hiring and termination internal procedures of colleagues (hiring contract, complete hire/ promotion form, pre-employment medical check, hiring documents, any termination related internal documentation; signed resignation, social security form # 6, etc.) •Prepares monthly payroll effects (overtime, vacations, penalties, etc.) through coordination with all departments in Cairo •Maintains attendance control and bar coding system •Controls all types of vacations and ensures compliance with labor law and CS regulations (annual, sick, casual and maternity leaves and produces required reports (i.e. vacation balance report) to all department heads •Maintains complete and up-to-date archive of personnel records, including update of PDR, Personal Learning & Development Plan, Employee Status Form, etc. •Develops and maintains an electronic HR database that includes employee related information (i.e. career progress within CS, Performance Development Ratings (PDR’s) and merit/ promotional increases, education & personal information, etc.)
•University Graduate. •Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position •Very good command of Arabic & English Languages •Very good user of Microsoft Office applications •Good knowledge of labor law and its applications •Strong communication and interpersonal and influencing skills •Logical thinking, organized, with an eye for details •Accountable person with strong commitment to make things happen •Customer oriented mind set
