    leader job opportunity

    *Overview:* ComStream is a growing
    contact center services provider in
    Egypt. It has a team of
    professionals that provides services to a wide range
    of businesses
    that need telecom technologies.

    ComStream offers a variety of
    outsource partner interaction solutions
    covering each stage of the
    customer life cycle. We provide the market with
    many services,
    amongst which telesales, telemarketing, customer care and
    technical
    support.

    *Job title:*  Call
    Center Team Leader

    Main responsibilities:

    1. Ensure all
    individuals in the team and the team itself accomplish
    performance
    objectives and measures by motivating them to perform better in

    order to consistently meet / exceed all targets
    2. Improves and
    maintains the quality of customer service , sales and
    data entry by
    ensuring that reporting and monitoring take place in order to
    have
    effective checks and balances in place
    3. Motivates the team to work
    together by creating a sense of creativity
    and collective
    responsibilities , in order to achieve common goals
    4. Establishes a
    clear course of action plan which is designed to achieve
    long /
    short-term goals in order to achieve objects
    5. Encourages and
    influences the team through a persuasive approach to
    rectify under
    performance and drives high performance for the achievement of
    a
    right course of prompt action and discipline

    Required skills:


    1. University graduate
    2. 1 year or more of experience as a team
    leader in call center and
    customer services field
    3. 2 years or
    more of experience as a call center agent is welcomed
    4. Self
    motivated results driven individual with people management skills
    5.
    Experienced manager of call team
    6. Interpersonal skills and
    ability to solve problems, creativity,
    commitment, generate
    attention and respect
    7. Excellent knowledge in products , services,
    systems and procedures
    8. Excellent English is a must, additional
    languages is a plus
